Music of Haydn, Mozart, and Beethoven performed by Yale graduate choral conductors and the Yale Voxtet
with instrumentalists from the Yale School of Music
Sprague Memorial Hall, 470 College Street, New Haven
Yale choral conductors, under the direction of Marguerite L. Brooks, Simon Carrington, and Jeffrey Douma will conduct the Yale Voxtet, directed by James Taylor, in a concert of selections from major works of the Classical era on Friday, February 6 at 8 PM in Sprague Memorial Hall in New Haven. They will be joined by instrumentalists from the Yale School of Music.
The program will include excerpts from Haydn’s Harmoniemesse and Stabat Mater, Mozart’s Mass in C minor and Requiem, and from the Mass in C of Beethoven.
