Applicants should submit a cover letter and resume, along with a performance
tape of a choral work conducted by the applicant in a church setting,
preferably from the choir applicant is currently conducting, as well as three
letters of recommendation (one from a pastor, one from a degree mentor, and
one from a musically informed lay person). Interviews will be required.
