Under One Roof: A Liturgically Inflected Poetry Reading and Conversation

Experience a liturgically-inflected reading and conversation featuring acclaimed poet couples Danielle Chapman + Christian Wiman and John Murillo + Nicole Sealey. Curated by Episcopal priest and poet Travis Helms (MDiv ‘13), LOGOS gatherings lovingly, artfully, nondogmatically fold aspects of sacred ritual into the format of a traditional poetry reading, to cultivate a shape for sharing poetry that is participatory and dynamic. LOGOS Gatherings seek to reimagine the ways in which we connect with one another, and with the sacred, through language — and to catalyze meaningful conversation and community.
