Job Description: 

The Cathedral of Our Lady of Walsingham, Houston, TX, announces an immediate opening for an alto staff singer. 

Candidates should possess excellent skills in the following areas: sight-reading, vocal production, choral blend and general musicianship.

Understanding and appreciation for Catholic liturgy as well as familiarity with Anglican and Gregorian chant is expected. 

Must be able to work well in collaboration with both professional and volunteer singers.

Regular schedule includes Wednesday evening rehearsals and two Sunday Masses.

Competitive compensation with opportunities for additional remuneration for extra services.
