Job Description: 

Trinity Episcopal Church, Southport, approximately 35 minutes south of New Haven via I-95 and a short walk from the Southport train station, seeks a professional bass/baritone for the 2023-24 (and beyond) season. The choir is known for a high standard of choral music taken from the English Cathedral tradition. We do a wide variety from Renaissance to contemporary with a few spirituals thrown in.

One call per week on Sundays only, typically from 9am until 1pm, which includes the weekly rehearsal after the service. The schedule also includes two services of Evensong through the program year plus Christmas and Holy Week.

Normal compensation is $160 per week. Extra rehearsals and services are compensated at $100 per service/rehearsal.
