Job Description: 

St. Michael’s Church, Charleston SC is seeking both an interim Music Director and a full-time Music Director. The interim director should be able to start the Sunday after Easter, April 28th. The salary range is $55-80K annually. The interim may apply for the full-time position. Both positions require a candidate to be a faithful Christian, with conducting and organ expertise, piano playing ability, willingness to play hymns, chants and anthems as well as leading some contemporary worship songs. They will be responsible for managing the choral internship program and weekly musicians (trumpet, timpani, etc.) A full list of responsibilities can be found on the website.
