Music Director (Granby, CT)

St. Therese Catholic Parish in Granby, CT seeks a music director/organist/cantor for parish liturgical celebrations including, but not limited to, weekend masses (Saturday 5:00 and Sunday 8am), choir rehearsals (TBD depending on your availability), holy days of obligation (8:30am and 7:00pm), weddings, and funerals. The music director will also be responsible for maintaining a rich, inspiring program of sacred music in accordance with the liturgical tradition of the Roman Catholic Church, coordinating and collaborating with the volunteer contemporary music group during the school year, and possibly starting a youth choir. 

Candidates must have proficiency on organ and also be able to sing while playing. St. Therese Church's organ is a 2 manual Austen digital. Compensation is $200 an appearance/mass.
