Job Description:
Seymour Congregational is currently in need of an organist for any or all of the following Sundays: July 31, August 7 and August 14. Our worship services begin at 10am and are usually finished by 11. The service music is fairly straightforward--prelude, two hymns, Gloria Patri, offertory, Doxology, and postlude (with some additional "noodling" on Communion Sunday August 7). The choir does not sing during the summer but occasionally people sign up to do solos or duets. We have a nice Aeolian-Skinner organ that is fun to play!
