ISM Alumna Recognized with Prestigious Avivo Prize

Congratulations to Amanda Weber M.M. ’13 on being named the recipient of the 2025 Avivo Prize in December 2025. Awarded annually to a music educator who demonstrates exceptional creativity in teaching and a deep commitment to musicianship, the prize recognizes Amanda’s wide-ranging work as a church musician, educator, and founder of innovative choral communities, including her leadership of Voices of Hope in Minnesota prisons. The ISM community proudly celebrates this well-deserved national recognition of Amanda’s artistry, pedagogy, and transformative impact through music.
