Thank you to everyone who joined us on March 5 for an inspiring evening with Yale Schola Cantorum, led by Grete Pedersen in her first concert since being appointed Schola’s principal conductor. Centered on Bach’s Magnificat, the program placed Mary’s timeless words in conversation with works by Schubert, Poulenc, Mahler, Lachenmann, and others, creating a rich musical reflection on renewal, hope, and new beginnings.
