Job Description:
Saint Ann’s Episcopal Church in Old Lyme, CT seeks choral section leaders
in all voice parts to support and set a musical example for a small and
enthusiastic volunteer choir. The choir presents four Evensongs per year and
occasionally participates in concerts at the church. The section leaders are
also engaged for Sundays, Christmas Eve, Holy Week, and a weekday community
Thanksgiving Service, with occasional weekday rehearsals called as necessary.
A typical Sunday includes a small amount of service music, two anthems, a
psalm, and hymns.
