A video recording of the world premiere of Edensongs—a specially commissioned oratorio performed at Yale in February—is now available to view online. Composed by Aaron Jay Kernis, with Peter Cole as librettist, the exciting new work focuses on themes of care for the earth. Conducted by David Hill, the piece was performed to a live audience in Yale’s Woolsey Hall by Yale Schola Cantorum and a chamber orchestra. View the recording here.
