Please observe these precautions carefully so we can resume spring-term activities as safely as possible and protect the health of our community.

• Students are required to receive a COVID-19 vaccination booster by Tuesday, Jan. 18. Students who are not eligible to receive a booster by Jan. 18 must get a booster within seven days of becoming eligible. Schedule your appointment here. 

• If you tested positive while you were away from New Haven, please notify the Campus COVID Resource Line at 203-432-6604 and YSM’s HSL Krista Johnson immediately if you have not done so already.

• Students are expected to be in New Haven by today, Monday, Jan. 17.

• Students are required to receive at least two COVID-19 tests through the Yale Screening Program before resuming in-person activity on campus. The first test must be within 24 hours of returning to New Haven.

• After completing the two arrival tests, students must resume their twice-weekly testing schedule.

• A cloth mask is no longer acceptable protection except when worn as an over-mask when double-masking. Visit the Adams Center security office or the Leigh Hall front desk to pick up ASTM or KN95 masks. These masks are designed to be used several times; masks should only be discarded when they are soiled or when they no longer fit snugly.
