Patricia Hampl is an American memoirist, writer, lecturer, and educator. She is a recipient of a Guggenheim fellowship, among others, and teaches in the MFA program at the University of Minnesota. She is one of the founding members of the Loft Literary Center. She is the author of The Florist’s Daughter, Blue Arabesque: A Search for the Sublime, I Could Tell You Stories: Sojourns in the Land of Memory, Resort and Other Poems, and A Romantic Education, among others.
