Yale Camerata will be holding in-person auditions for experienced singers from the Yale and greater New Haven communities on Thursday, January 18 from 4-8 p.m. Soprano, alto, tenor, and bass positions are available. The auditions will take place in in the Great Hall (N100) at Yale Divinity School, 409 Prospect Street, New Haven. The audition will include:
A prepared short solo song or aria of your choice: bring a copy of your music for the accompanist
Sight Reading and Ear Training excerpts
Simple vocal exercises demonstrating range and musicianship
