Pilgrim Covenant Church is seeking a Worship and Music Director
We are interested in someone who:
- Has and active relationship with Jesus
- Is passionate about leading people into a relationship with Jesus
- Is a team leader: possessing a capacity to lead people forward through the music program
- Is a team builder; Willing to work with all generations; can recruit, train and mentor volunteer musicians and vocalists
- Is musically skilled: plays an instrument that can lead worship; possesses choral leading ability and has his/her own vocal abilities
- Values all genres of worship music.
- Works well with others and is flexible.
Duties: Sunday Morning Worship
Member of Worship and Music Ministry
40 1.5 rehearsals
2 hours per week planning
