Miller Hall construction update

February 15, 2018

by Stephen Gamboa-Diaz

The blue fence surrounding the front of 406 Prospect has kept the progress of construction out of sight, but certainly not out of mind. Since our students, faculty, and staff visited the site in October 2017, major interior renovations have been in progress, and exterior construction of a new elevator and stairwell structure to the rear of the building is taking shape.

The accompanying slideshow displays the construction progress of the rear elevator and stairwell, as well as the significant renovation taking place within the original building. Many interior surfaces have been removed to make structural repairs and provide room for new electrical fixtures, lighting, and plumbing.

We are on schedule for moving into the building this summer, and look forward to providing more updates about this exciting project.
