Dec. 2 Yale Camerata's annual advent concert

On Saturday December 2 at 7:30 p.m., the seventy-strong Yale Camerata, including members of the Yale and New Haven communities, will perform their popular advent concert in Yale’s Woolsey Hall.

Sing Noël, conducted by Dr. Felicia Barber, will include music by Ames, Averitt, Martini, Morales Matos, Robertson, Robles, Tavener, and Whalum, and will feature Messe de minuit pour Noël by Charpentier. Yale Camerata is a seventy-voice vocal ensemble whose members are Yale graduate and undergraduate students, faculty, staff, and experienced singers from the New Haven community. The ensemble performs a widely varied spectrum of sacred choral literature, with a special commitment to choral music of our time.
