Many ISM faculty, students, staff, and alumni gathered at the ISM booth during the eastern conference of the American Choral Directors’ Association in Providence, Rhode Island at the end of February. Conference highlights included Dr. Felicia Barber conducting the honor choir, comprising high school singers from 12 eastern states, and Dr. Jeffrey Douma leading an undergraduate conducting class. Dr. Barber also premiered a specially commissioned work that featured her first published poem, Dedication.
