A graduate of the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music in 2024, Hope’s background in music history and piano performance serves as a unique lens through which to artfully consider theological ideas. Academically, Hope is most inspired when engaging in work that creates meaning through collaboration between theology, philosophy, and artful expression. Her current research interests center on religiously attuned composers of the 20th and 21st centuries, experimentalism surrounding time and temporality, and the place of music in death, grief, and bereavement.
