Don E. Saliers recently retired as William R. Cannon Distinguished Professor of Theology and Worship and director of the master of sacred music program at Emory University.  After attending Ohio Wesleyan University, he earned his B.D. degree and a Ph. D. from Yale University.  Dr. Saliers is currently writing on liturgy and theological aesthetics.
